Darrin is the only agent I will consider in King County. Buying and selling homes can be very stressful, so it’s important to choose and agent with experience, savvy, and market knowledge. As such, I cannot recommend Darrin highly enough.

I have worked with Darrin Stumpf on 2 crucial deals with Queen Anne real estate. In one situation I had a 1930 building less than 500 sq ft that I felt was unsellable. Stumpf does not know the meaning of that word. It took less than a month to get a contract on the building and procure a very happy buyer. The other Queen Anne condo was in a building experiencing total construction. I panicked because I felt it too was unsellable, but Darrin simply sold it as remodeled to be brand as new. When in a economic pinch, his expertise can be very handy and life saving.
